Travel may be required up to 80% Domestic
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND at least seven (3) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, RN, clinical specialties in a private, public, government or military environment
High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in training in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement
Two (2) years experience delivering instructor led online and onsite training
Two (2) years experience in the Healthcare Industry

Outstanding presentation skills in classroom, seminar, and online environments
Attention to detail and outstanding follow through
Excellent verbal, written, analytical problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a group
Knowledge of Solventum HIS products
The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
