- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
- The salary for this role is $21.92 per hour + $0.75 shift differential (3 year pay progression: after year 1: $1.00 increase, after year 2: $2.00 increase, after year 3: $2.00 increase).
Responsibilities
- Perform all work in accordance with H.B. Fuller Quality Management System requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using established housekeeping standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment and work areas.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Operator I or
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, production instructions, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as required.
- Collect product samples as required for quality testing.
- Complete all required production documentation accurately, including process data, traceability records, and batch documentation.
- Maintain required training records and complete assigned training in a timely manner.
Nice to have
- Experience with chemical mixing and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of industrial packaging operations.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Frequently climb stairs and work around production equipment.
- Frequently reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands for material handling and equipment operation.
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds independently.
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Compensation
