Responsibilities
- Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals?
- Schedule and coordinate with Service/Repair Supervisors and Repair Operations Specialist in scheduling of other planned repairs to support efficiency in managing technician and crew schedules.
- Lead, coordinate, and maintain accuracy of Automatic Test and Inspection Database (ATI), SAP contractual testing requirements and report out to General Manager, Service and Solutions weekly
- Track, manage permits and communicate completed inspections to government agencies and customers.
- Adapt to and implement changes as a result of tracking and monitoring local regulatory directives / violations and requirements, Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) code compliance.
Requirements
- Work with Branch Staffs on expectations, processes, and information required from Staffs to support Testing and Code Compliance processes.
- For Branches not on ATI Tender Creation, create billable tenders for testing and inspections for customers, follow-up to obtain approval, create Billable Service Orders and requisition parts as required.
