Lead process excellence projects that will have an impact on how marketing operates internally and with other stakeholders.
Drive process excellence best practices including process documentation and diagraming, process optimization, training and automation.
Evaluate and optimize tooling and approaches to drive improved efficiency and automation.
Drive a data-based approach to evaluate operational improvements including baselining and monitoring.
Redesign business processes to optimize efficiency, reduce complexity and minimize the effects of variation

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Program Management, or Communications with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
or advanced degree with 6+ years of project management experience

The role includes both managing high-priority projects led by a variety of project owners and owning and driving projects focused on internal process improvement.
Experience driving process excellence projects is a plus.
They are also responsible for working with other project managers on the team to enhance project management best practices and assets.
Process optimization or process excellence experience a strong plus but not required
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge and proficiency with core project management, process documentation and process automation software a plus

Manage and coordinate high value Marketing-led projects such as CONNECT, our annual client conference, including project plans and charters, status tracking, dashboards and timelines.
