About the role

  • The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new clients for our on-demand pay solution.
  • This role offers both a remote and hybrid option.
  • Those residing beyond this radius may be considered for a fully remote arrangement, depending on experience and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand Tapcheck's customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for success
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • We support individuals who take initiative, seek out new challenges, and actively contribute to their own growth and the growth of the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Employees located within 30 miles of Plano TX, are required to be in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week.
