About the role
- We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and program building automation systems, site-specific configuration of control system, and control algorithms.
- Adhere to project requirements and company and customer standards of design, programming, and implementation.
- Create a clear design document for project teams with technical information.
- Document and communicate the building automation system design and revisions.
- Develop graphical and text-based interfaces for building automation systems.
- Support functional testing for building systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Associate degree OR High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of building automation/ HVAC experience.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or construction discipline.
- Understanding and/or experience with IP networks.
- Understanding and/or experience with Microsoft Visio and/or similar software.
- Ability to understand written sequences of operations, diagrammatic depictions of systems.
- Able to translate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.

- This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Compensation
- The annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
