The standard day shift runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~20+ production associates through daily huddles, clear expectations, and timely feedback.
Build and champion a zero-incident safety culture through process
Lead or participate in Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, and lean manufacturing projects to reduce waste and improve output.
complete reports and implement corrective actions promptly.
Ensure accurate completion of build sheets, work orders, and quality documentation.
Lightship is the first American all-electric recreational vehicle manufacturer currently developing an aerodynamic, battery-powered trailer for the electric age.

3+ years of supervisory experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, engineering drawings, and production scheduling.
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
We operate in a collaborative environment with a flat organizational structure and expect a high degree of integrity, autonomy and creativity from all members of the team.

Experience in a startup or early-stage manufacturing environment where processes, systems, and standards were being defined in real time.
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent lean manufacturing experience with a demonstrated ability to implement structured programs on floors that lacked prior process maturity, not just sustain existing ones.
Experience partnering with Engineering and Quality to formalize processes during active production.
Experience with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Track record of establishing people systems such as: shift handoff protocols, escalation paths, attendance accountability, and team meeting cadences.
