About the role

  • The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Long Range Radars department is seeking a Senior Government Property Specialist to work onsite in Woburn, MA.
  • Our LCE disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.
  • This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure government property contractual obligations are met, and that inventories and statuses are accurate and up to date.
  • Identify and implement strategies for process improvement and increased cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support and monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) data, tracking planned versus actual hours for tasks, and prepare quarterly EVM reports.
  • As a Senior Government Property Specialist, you will support Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) to include Equipment and Material.
  • Additionally, you will support Depot Maintenance, Spares, and Supply Chain Management activities as needed.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
  • The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
  • Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
  • Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
