About the role
- Manager, US Sales Incentive Compensation Location: Boston, MA (hybrid 3x a week) Introduction to the role The Manager, Incentive Compensation will play a critical role in the success of Alexion's Incentive Compensation strategy and the Business Operations and Commercial Effectiveness organization. The role will report into the Sr. Director, US Sales

The Manager will be essential in optimizing the sales incentive compensation programs for the Alexion US Commercial field-based sales teams by supporting existing incentive compensation programs, generating insights, and collaborating with internal
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the design and administration of all field-based compensation programs for the Alexion US Commercial organization that recognize and reward employee performance and drive business results.
- Collaborates with technology partners to define system business specifications, automate performance reporting and incentive calculations, and implement quality control measures to ensure high level of data and reporting accuracy.
- Supports the ongoing monitoring and analysis of incentive plans and manages field inquiries related to incentive compensation.
- Contributes to the complex research and analysis of rewards and incentive compensation programs in support of business objectives.
- Supports existing programs, generating insights, and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in sales performance analytics and reporting.
- Ability to employ AI tools to generate insights from complex and disparate data sources.
- As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer
- Desirable: At least 2 years of experience in sales incentive compensation design and analytics - ideally within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of experience in sales incentive compensation design and analytics - ideally within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Expertise in analytical tools such as SQL, QLIK, Tableau Demonstrated ability to work independently in a lean, dynamic and nimble environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- Capability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines.
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Math, or related major is preferred).
