Assistant Coach, Softball Part-time (Seasonal) The Assistant Coach is responsible for supporting the head coach in executing the organization, administration and coaching of the Softball program.

Support and assist the head coach to execute a clearly defined philosophy of coaching and teaching Softball.
Drive College or rental van for away competitions as needed.
Assist with student-athletes' academic progress and provide support.
Support and assist with retention initiatives in conjunction with the Director, Student Life and Athletic Program, including enforcing academic support plan and supporting both the Completion and Student Success Agenda of the College.

Experience in coaching intercollegiate or high school athletics.
Knowledge and experience coaching Softball.
Knowledge of NCAA, USCAA, or NJCAA rules and compliance.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background checks and clearances.
