Responsibilities
- Partner with field leadership in assessing and resolving medium to high complex human resources matters, seeking input as appropriate and influencing business leaders to take appropriate courses of action.
- Proactively work with other support center departments.
- Support leadership and teams through change, maintaining operational excellence, and addressing potential challenges proactively.
- Propose and recommend proactive strategies to support company goals and improve employee experience.
- Provide partnership, counsel, and expertise to business leaders to drive business outcomes through highly engaged and high performing teams.
- Develop and compile statistics and reports for leadership use.
Requirements
- Must have demonstrated problem solving, judgment and conflict resolution skills with the ability to provide high-quality independent analysis, conclusions, and recommendations
- Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions and company policies
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proven planning, priority setting, and time management skills
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Travel is required for this role, with approximately 25% travel expected based on business needs.

Compensation
- Illinois Pay Band
- $85,000 - $95,000 USD
