Your adaptability allows you to easily integrate into new teams.
You value continuous learning: if a project requires you to quickly master a new language or framework that you are less familiar with, you see it as an ideal opportunity to expand your skills.
The rest of the profile (Tech & Quality) Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of significant experience in Back-End development.
Languages & Frameworks: Excellent mastery of at least one modern environment: Node.js (NestJS, Express), Python (FastAPI, Django), Java (Spring Boot), Go, or PHP (Symfony, Laravel).
Databases & APIs: Solid mastery of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) as well as the design of high-performance APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
Quality & Best Practices: Strong sense of Clean Code, security, performance management (caching, heavy queries), and automated testing (unit and integration).
A big plus for DevOps concepts (Docker, CI/CD).
