Requirements
- This position also requires experience with the following skills:
- 3 years of experience with Forensic Analysis - Critical Path Method delay analysis and damages analysis and quantification relating to construction projects.
- This position also requires experience with the following
Skills
- 3 years of experience using scheduling software
- Primavera and MS Project.
- 3 years of experience analyzing complex data sets using advanced Excel including pivot tables/power pivots/macros/graphical visualization.
- 3 years of experience using cost estimating software (RS Means OR Xactiexcemate).
- 3 years of experience with Forensic Analysis
- Critical Path Method delay analysis and damages analysis and quantification relating to construction projects.
- 3 years of experience using scheduling software - Primavera and MS Project.
