- Job Family: Human Resources Job Description: HR Generalist As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting a positive employee experience and helping ensure HR programs run smoothly and consistently.

- Assist in coordinating career development processes for team members, helping ensure consistency, visibility, and accurate documentation.
- Onboarding of new employees
- Assist with enterprise-wide HR projects and initiatives, providing coordination and follow-through as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent early-career HR experience).
- Internship, co-op, or 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related role is preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and translate information into clear insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
