Compensation

  • Compensation begins at $60,000 annually, based on hourly pay plus overtime.
  • Final starting wage is negotiated at hire and is based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, trade skills, or military service.
  • Annual performance bonuses (may be offered based on company/individual performance).
  • New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day 4 consecutive days off at Thanksgiving 5 consecutive days off at Christmas Weekends off (except up to four Saturdays per year for pre-scheduled events).
