Responsibilities

The Application Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and operational support of enterprise applications in a secure government environment.
This role ensures system availability, performance, security, and compliance while providing Tier 3 support for mission‑critical systems.

Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and operational best practices.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience using application and system monitoring tools.
Experience supporting secure, highly available environments.

Role Overview The Application Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and operational support of enterprise applications in a secure government environment.

Active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field Prior experience supporting DCSA or similar national security programs Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and services AWS certifications or equivalent cloud credentials Experience supporting applications in classified or SCI environments.
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and operational best practices.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
