Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary FP&A partner to site operations leadership
  • Support operational improvement initiatives and identify financial risks and opportunities
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making
  • Evaluate ROI and support business cases for investments, new initiatives, and site projects
  • Partner with accounting, controllers, and global finance teams on reporting and analysis
  • Deliver insights to support both operational execution and strategic planning
  • MKS is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as the dedicated finance partner.
  • This is a site-embedded FP&A leadership position acting as the primary finance partner for the facility.
  • You will own all planning, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering closely with operations, accounting, and global finance teams.
  • The role is hands-on with a blend of tactical execution and strategic support.

Skills

  • 8+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Strong background in FP&A and/or operations finance
  • Experience supporting site-level or complex operational financial planning
  • Fluent Spanish required (verbal communication essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA or CFA preferred

Compensation

  • $135,000 - $225,000 per year.
  • This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
  • Lead site-level budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes
