This is a highly visible role supporting operational leadership in driving margin improvement, cost efficiency, and investment decision-making.
This is an individual contributor role, operating in a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 remote) with potential quarterly travel.

Serve as primary FP&A partner to site operations leadership
Support operational improvement initiatives and identify financial risks and opportunities
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making
Evaluate ROI and support business cases for investments, new initiatives, and site projects
Partner with accounting, controllers, and global finance teams on reporting and analysis
Deliver insights to support both operational execution and strategic planning
MKS is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as the dedicated finance partner.
This is a site-embedded FP&A leadership position acting as the primary finance partner for the facility.
You will own all planning, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering closely with operations, accounting, and global finance teams.
The role is hands-on with a blend of tactical execution and strategic support.

8+ years of progressive finance experience
Strong background in FP&A and/or operations finance
Experience supporting site-level or complex operational financial planning
Fluent Spanish required (verbal communication essential)
Excellent communication skills
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA or CFA preferred

$135,000 - $225,000 per year.
This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
