About the role

  • Coordinate and track all APQP deliverables, ensuring timely execution and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate development and updates of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Process Flow Diagrams.
  • Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead APQP activities to ensure successful launch of new products in compliance with customer and internal requirements.
  • Validate dimensional studies, capability studies, and MSA results prior to launch.
  • Lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis).
  • Monitor launch performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in APQP / Quality Engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with OEMs (e.g., GM, Tesla) is highly desirable.
