About the role
- Available shifts: Tuesday - Saturday | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM ET Sunday - Thursday | 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM ET Please note that Saturday shifts end at 7:00 PM ET.
- Shift placement is determined based on business needs at the time of hire.

- Your role is to build trust, uncover academic needs, guide meaningful conversations, and help families make confident decisions about tutoring services that can positively impact their student's future.

Compensation
- $45,000 - $50,000 Uncapped commission opportunities Top performers can earn an additional $30,000+ annually through commission Healthcare benefits Unlimited PTO Equity/share options Career growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Schedule This is a full-time remote position with a set schedule.
