  • As a Product Manager, you will primarily focus on executing on the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director for prioritization based on funding and development capacity.
  • Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Create and deliver communications throughout the development cycle to stakeholders at all levels, including release planning content, feature/story-level acceptance criteria new/modified functionality overviews, user guides, and release notes.
  • Demonstratable experience using AI tooling for product design, strategy and software testing
  • Project management experience, and the self-motivation, organization and drive to manage and complete multiple projects in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience as a team lead or similar role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines
  • Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.
  • Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies.
  • Experience with software development management/tracking tools (i.e. Jira, Microsoft TFS, Rally, etc.).
  • Ability to synthesize information arising from multiple directions, and generalize specific issues or requests into functional requirements for broader application.
  • Ability to clearly articulate performance problems and solutions related to complex financial instruments and transactions.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project-based environment within a lean team.
  • You are the SME in this role, providing knowledge and expertise in this business area/product to business analysts, development team members, and the user community.
