About the role
- New Therapy Perspectives, LLC is "The" provider of quality intensive outpatient services.
- We provide custom, confidential, and comprehensive care both in-person and virtually to those affected by a multitude of mental health challenges as well as those who are affected by substance use disorders.
- We provide intensive outpatient services to adults and teens who suffer from mental health, substance abuse, emotional conditions, and mental health and substance abuse co-occurring disorders.

Requirements
- Knowledge of individual and group behavior and the effective ways of working with people to encourage on-going recovery.
- Ability to work effectively with people and aid them in identifying their specific needs.
- Must be able to develop a therapeutic relationship with patients while maintaining therapeutic boundaries.
- Works with other social agencies and managed care organizations, hospitals, clinics, courts, prisons, and gatekeepers to meet client needs and to assist them in utilizing provided resources as required.
- Knowledge of the basic principles, philosophies, practices, and procedures involved at Mental Health Organizations
- Knowledge of the Bio-Psychosocial characteristics and manifestations of clients with mental health challenges
Nice to have
- Being bilingual is not required but is a preferred skill for this position.
