About the role
- These sites include sourcing units, distribution centers, head offices, sales offices, R&D centers, and merchandizers.
- They represent the SHE North America organization in UL Supply Chain and UL business forums.
- Pay: The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $179,000.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years' experience within a SHE leadership capacity within manufacturing, preferably in a multi-site capacity.
- Proven track record of analytical thinking, project management and stakeholder management
- Proven success tracking & driving improvement for KPI's in areas including: TRFR, TRIR, DART, & LTIR.
- Ability to travel 25% -50% or on average one - two weeks per month.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $179,000.
- Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
- Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
