Responsibilities

  • Support position control governance in collaboration with Human Resources
  • Lead financial forecasting and reporting for internal Board and Finance & Audit Committee the Ministry
  • Build financial capability across the organization, supporting new and existing leaders through training and orientation on budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Support financial system internal controls, ensuring signing authority and organizational structures accurately reflect leadership accountabilities and reporting needs

Compensation

  • $76,111 - $99,895
  • Typical Hiring Range: $76,111 - $95,138
  • In determining salary, HEABC considers many factors including the successful candidate's skillset and experience, as well as internal equity.
  • The final salary offer will be at HEABC's sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
  • Implement the annual budgeting cycle, aligning strategic priorities with timely, accurate budgets for approval

  • Required Education, Experience & Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance (BBA, BCom, BSc) and five (5) years' recent related, finance and accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
