Responsibilities
- Cultivate partner relationships by driving successful implementation and aiming for continuous expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams on milestones and deliverables for a timely and successful program launch, and continued support of the program.
- Communicate technical requirements to partners to ensure smooth integration.
- Take ownership of the partner relationship through clear and effective guidance on deliverables and timelines while anticipating and mitigating risks.
- Collect and report on key metrics related to partner programs to internal and external stakeholders.
- Help support and provide guidance for escalation needs of the program coordinator role.
- Team Player: You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to rally the team for the goal of delivering for partners.
Requirements
- Perform other responsibilities in support of partnerships and business objectives as required.
Nice to have
- Bachelors degree or higher, PMP certification a plus 5+ years of program contribution experience at SaaS or tech-driven companies.
Compensation
- 90,000-110,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
