About the role
- Acts as a liaison between employees, providers, payers, customers, and other health care providers to obtain necessary documentation and process orders for medical equipment and supplies.
- Communicates with patients, employees, payers, caregivers, and other health care providers on status of orders.
- Collects payments from patients for coinsurance, copays, and self-pay items.
Responsibilities
- Performs accurate data entry into operating system and processes orders for appropriate equipment/supplies to ensure delivery and correct billing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
