  • Arrange seamless domestic travel, including end-to-end logistics, itineraries, and real-time problem solving to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sage is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO/CoFounder and company operations.
  • You will manage and optimize time, communications, and key operational workflows, while contributing to a seamless and thoughtful experience for employees, candidates, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, with a track record of progressively senior, single-executive ownership roles.
  • Proven ability to make independent, sound judgment calls on behalf of an executive without needing to check in first.
  • Experience working with Google Suite and Slack.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience supporting board meetings, investor updates, or fundraising logistics.
  • Experience working for a fast growing startup.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse ATS.

Compensation

  • The expected annual salary range for this role is $170,000-$190,000 USD depending upon the job level, which will depend on your level of expertise, your experience, and your qualifications.
