About the role

  • Configure, administer, and scale Apache Kafka messaging platforms.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote continuous improvement within the development team.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize complex, event-driven web applications with high performance and code quality.
  • Develop and maintain both front-end (using Angular) and back-end systems (using Java/Spring).
  • Design and maintain structured data models; perform complex data operations ensuring data integrity across enterprise data sources.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of senior-level Java development experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
  • Strong experience with modern front-end technologies (Angular, Node.js).

Skills

  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies with tools like Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
  • Expertise in SQL, database design, and system integration.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
