Lead, train, schedule, and support the maintenance team
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and building systems issues
Manage preventative maintenance programs and property inspections
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage maintenance-related expenses
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident service requests
Help maintain the community's appearance, curb appeal, and overall resident satisfaction
AMLI Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at AMLI Wallingford, our luxury 231-unit apartment community in Seattle.

3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience
Candidates must be able to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as required.
