Role Summary We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer with high drive, low ego, and a genuine desire to own hard problems across our trailer platform.
Whether you're early in your career and ready to build real skills fast, or an experienced engineer looking to take on significant technical ownership with minimal hand-holding, we want to talk.
You'll partner closely with systems, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are robust, manufacturable, and ready for the road.

Range Energy's compensation package includes a competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and a generous benefits package.
The salary range for Mountain View, CA based applicants is between $106,000 - $260,000 annually.
The total compensation will be determined based on multiple factors including domain knowledge, experience and location. --- Range Energy participates in E-Verify in the United States.
