About the role
- The Downtown Campus of Central Church is seeking a Middle/High School Group Leader to work alongside the staff at that campus.
- Central is committed to seeing a strong church grow and serve the people living downtown.
- This role offers the exciting opportunity to draw young people from disadvantaged settings to Christ and a renewed life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the group with an existing group of high school students.
- Organize and lead monthly outings.
- This role would not only work with campus staff to develop youth and their families but also be a great chance to gain experience in church planting.
Requirements
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
- Ability to "see a project through", i.e. creatively resolving difficulties and setbacks without additional input.
- Experience working with general office software (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn Central-specific software.
Compensation
- $10k-$15k
