- Develop, assess, and continuously improve course materials and curriculum.
- Support institutional AI initiatives and collaborate on curriculum modernization efforts.
- Maintain office hours and provide academic support to students.
- Collaborate with high school partners, industry partners, college leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Leadership, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Skills
- Coursework, certifications, or credentials related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Teaching experience in higher education.
- Experience utilizing AI tools, business technologies, or data-driven decision-making processes.
- A passion for student success and workforce readiness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
- Proficiency with learning management systems, educational technology, and emerging AI tools.
- Commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and staying current with business and AI trends.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
