Responsibilities
- Installation Program Support
- Support the planning and coordination of radar installation and activation projects across NAS environments
- Support installation programs including site surveys, implementation planning, installation, optimization, and system acceptance
- Support adherence to safety standards, technical specifications, and quality assurance requirements
- Crown supports a wide portfolio of federal and commercial clients including the FAA, NASA, the Energy Information Administration, and state transportation agencies.

Nice to have
- Assist with timeline planning, resource coordination, and project execution activities
- Assist with scheduling activities and coordination with project stakeholders
- Work with installation teams, engineering technicians, and activation specialists during radar system deployments
- Assist in coordinating vendors, suppliers, and installation resources
- Assist in verifying installation compliance with federal aviation system standards
- Assist in monitoring project performance metrics including milestone progress and installation performance data
- Minimum 3 years of experience in radar signal processing, digital and analog circuits, microprocessors, and antenna performance for primary and secondary radar systems
- Experience working with radar systems including installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
Compensation
- $104,000 - $118,560 annually
- ($50.00 - $57.00 hourly equivalent)
- Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
- Crown complies with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
- The listed compensation range represents the good faith salary range for this position at the time of posting.
- Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, geographic considerations, and business needs.
