About the role
- Makes independent analyses/assessments/decisions related to key aspects of projects or overall project planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, government agencies, and high-profile clients, representing the company's interests at the highest level.
- Lead efforts to identify and secure major projects and contracts, collaborating closely with the business development team and other executives.
- Drive innovation within the organization, exploring and implementing new construction technologies, sustainable practices, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set the company's strategic direction, establish performance metrics, and monitor progress toward organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and advanced data analysis tools.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation abilities.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10 years of related experience.
