  • THE ROLE and responsibilities The Program Manager is considered a core member of the Consortium's staff and leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • To this end, the Consortium builds multidisciplinary and multistakeholder collaborations among faculty and students of UCSF and UC Law SF and the patients, clients, communities, and organizations we serve alongside.
  • The Program Manager proactively manages events, communications, and operations for the Consortium.

Requirements

  • Experience with budget management and expense tracking.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and initiative.
  • must be dependable and punctual.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience using Zoom.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with social media tools.
  • Experience using online collaboration and productivity tools such as Box, Doodle Polls, iContact, DocuSign, Canva, and CourseDog, or the ability to quickly learn new technology.
