About the role

- In most areas, the Patient Access Rep is the first point of contact for patients and provides the first impression of Sentara.
- They greet patients and families, answer questions, and ensure the patients arrive to the appropriate service area at the right time.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Lieu of two years of experience
- Proficiency in Keyboarding
