About the role

As an Alternative Investments Product Analyst you will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders—including fund sponsors, alternative fintech platforms, operations teams, and financial advisors—to support a broad range of alternative investment offerings.
The Alternatives Product team's mission is to empower advisor practices, agencies, and MassMutual to succeed in the high-net-worth space by providing open architecture solutions and specialized expertise. Partner with operations, compliance, and internal teams to support smooth and efficient onboarding, subscription, and servicing processes
Leverage technology to drive process efficiencies and improve team workflows
Effective at building relationships across internal teams and with financial advisors
As an Alternative Investments Product Analyst you will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders-including fund sponsors, alternative fintech platforms, operations teams, and financial advisors-to support a broad range of alternative investment offerings.

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience with investment solutions in the insurance/financial services industry and/or within financial institutions.
1+ years experience with more complex investment solutions such as alternative investments (Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, etc.)

This role plays a critical part in improving adoption, advisor experience, and operational execution across a complex and evolving product set.

Assist financial advisors with the implementation of alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, exchange funds, and other specialized offerings as part of broader client portfolios
Respond to advisor inquiries related to alternative investments, including product capabilities, use cases, and operational workflows
Apply portfolio management concepts to help advisors understand how alternative investments fit within broader financial plans
