About the role

  • We are seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor at Hotel Bardo Savannah, our luxury urban resort in the heart of Forsyth Park.
  • This hands-on leader will oversee the daily execution of in-room dining service, supporting the team while ensuring each order is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with the elevated presentation and personalized service expected of Hotel Bardo.
  • This is an onsite position located at Hotel Bardo Savannah.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support in-room dining servers, providing direction, coaching, and assistance during service.
  • Coordinate closely with the culinary team to support proper timing, food quality, and temperature.
  • Deliver orders and assist with service during high-volume periods or when additional support is needed.
  • Maintain working knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, beverage selections, wine pairings, and dietary accommodations.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members, reinforcing service expectations and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Culinary, and other hotel departments to coordinate guest preferences and requests.
