Responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and technical documentation support.
- Create and revise Bills of Materials in Teamcenter.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a technical or business-related field, or minimum 5 years' experience in renewal parts provisioning or a technical publishing environment.
- Proficiency in BOM management concepts and related IT tools, with knowledge of Oracle ERP preferred.
- Experience with Parts Catalogs, Wabtec SBOM, and cross-functional collaboration with Materials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Field Service.
- Provide direction to graphic artists for the creation of exploded views and illustrations as required.
- Identify problems and seek clarification as required relating to serviceable parts in BOM.
- Identify renewal parts that must be included in a parts catalog from an Engineering BOM.
- Research to identify existing PBs used in a current requisition and to identify new PBs that must be created.
- Verify quantities, format required and customer information (including name, road numbers and shipping instructions) are correct for delivery to end customer.
