Responsibilities

- Collaborate with layout team members to deliver full GDSII solutions for integration.
- Deliver electrical interface-facing ADC-based SERDES solutions for 224G and 448G.
- Share insights and updates regularly with the team to drive innovation and excellence.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Analog Circuit Design
Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Calibre, Synopsys STAR-RC, and MMSIM.
- Experience with 2.5D or 3D electromagnetic tools like HFSS or EMX.
Compensation
- The annual pay range for this position is $114,000 - $182,000
- Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business.

- Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
