About the role
- This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating academic services for adolescents and young adults in treatment while collaborating closely with families, external academic systems, and internal clinical leadership.
- The ideal candidate brings empathy, organization, and the ability to integrate educational structure within a therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support program leadership and clinical teams in implementing organizational values across all aspects of program services and client care.
- Provide support in clinical programming as needed, including facilitating group conversations and modeling youth-sensitive interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and consistent communication with clinical, billing, and utilization review teams.
- For over a decade, our core clinical and support teams have worked side-by-side, delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment that changes lives.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively with adolescents, young adults, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential treatment, facilities management, education, or supervisory roles preferred.
- Prior experience in a residential or behavioral healthcare setting required.
- Experience in a classroom or educational setting preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (KIPU experience a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Salary Range
- $25 - $30 USD
