About the role

  • Night Shift (Monday-Thursday from 7PM-7AM)
  • The Creeler is responsible for setting up and maintaining creels to ensure a steady supply of fiber to the tufting machine.
  • The Creeler plays an essential part in maintaining efficiency and quality in the production of turf.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure the correct types, colors, and amounts of fiber are used for each job.
  • Maintain a clean and organized creeling area and f ollow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • This role involves unloading fiber pa llets, monitoring fiber supply during production, and ensuring smooth operations in support of the tufting process.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and handle 10 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with machine operators and supervisors.

Nice to have

  • Experience in manufacturing environment with prior knowledge working with creels or tufting machines preferred but not required.
