Responsibilities
- Lead integration of cross-category performance across initiatives, ensuring consistency in KPIs, measurement approaches, and reporting frameworks
- Partner with category forecasting teams, cross-category finance, and demand planning to align on assumptions, forecasts, and performance expectations
- Collaborate closely with US Strategy (Transformation Office / Project Forward) to embed cross-category insights into enterprise planning and transformation initiatives
- Support development and consolidation of cross-category forecasts in partnership with Cross-Cat VP and Platform Leads
- Maintain best-in-class storytelling, reporting, and dashboarding for cross-category performance
- Manage and develop associate manager providing coaching on analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, strategy, finance, or related fields
- Experience working with forecasting, financial planning, or demand planning processes
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with market data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and consumer panel data (e.g., Numerator)
- Demonstrated success operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $ 142,282 - 195,637 USD annually + bonus
