- Our client, a l ocally owned and well - established CPA firm, has an exciting opening for a Accounting & Auditing Manager.
- The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, technically proficient in both A&A and Tax, responsive to client needs, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Nice to have
- Mentor, supervise, train, and review the work of staff while fostering their professional development
- Effectively communicate with and on behalf of clients
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in public accounting
- Active CPA license required
- Prior experience and expertise with real estate related clients a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service
- Successful completion of a background check (including criminal and credit) as a condition of employment
