High School diploma required---vocational degree and/or certification in HVAC, construction trades or building maintenance desired
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as Maintenance Tech, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills, positive approach to job, and ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel )
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software
Must be able and willing to work varying schedules, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays

Complete all work orders assigned through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Keep up to date records on maintenance programs, specific work projects and general activities in the center.
Assist the Facilities Manager and/or General Manager in achieving all property goals and annual budget requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Asset tracking of lifespan of equipment recording during weekly monthly and quarterly Preventative Maintenance Checks (PMs).
Assist with safely operations to facility in accordance with all applicable government and regulatory requirements.

Assist the Facilities Manager and/or General Manager in achieving all property goals and annual budget requirements.

Pay Range
$24 - $28 USD
