Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience supporting complex, high-stakes technical programs with a track record of delivering integrated hardware/software systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn new, highly technical concepts rapidly and independently in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of personal accountability and the "whatever it takes" attitude required to hit mission-critical deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between deep-tech engineering details and executive-level strategy

- About the Job
- As an Engineering Program Manager, you will own the execution framework that turns Array Labs' engineering roadmaps and company priorities into delivered programs.
- You will work closely with engineering leadership, functional managers, systems engineering, and responsible engineers, and partner directly with the executive team on prioritization, staffing, and bid decisions.
- As part of our quickly growing team, you will own the on-time delivery of our mission-critical hardware and software that will significantly improve humanity's ability to rapidly and comprehensively understand our changing planet.
- We design and build our satellites end-to-end, producing the world's most advanced earth observation satellites.
- Our fleet will deliver unprecedented levels of accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness to power critical insights precisely where they're needed most.
- You will build and maintain the schedules, dependencies, and milestone structure that keep our satellite missions and government contracts moving on time, and you will resolve the resource conflicts that inevitably arise across a portfolio of concurrent efforts.
