- As Special Projects, you'll run strategic projects that directly affect company success - regardless of which domain they fall in.
- This isn't the role for someone who needs a big team, set processes, or endless budget.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging across every customer-facing surface: website, sales decks, product one-pagers, launch announcements.
- Own the category narrative. Define how the market understands agentic AI recruiting, why we lead it, and how we're different from everyone claiming the same thing.
- Drive enterprise demand. Partner with sales to build the campaigns, content, and field presence (events, webinars, trade shows) that generate qualified pipeline.
- Owner mentality - you drive outcomes, operate independently, communicate directly, and always keep the company's best interests in mind.
- Ability to own a budget and defend where spend goes.

Requirements
- 3-5 years in biz ops, growth, product marketing, or related at a B2B SaaS or AI startup.
- Range - you can work demand gen, PMM, brand
- A track record you can point to - pipeline, traffic, rankings, or conversions you generated.
- We care more about what you can do than where you came from.
