About the role
- This position works with the Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUS) and Director of Graduate Studies (DGS) to organize and administer programmatic components essential to the educational mission of the Chemistry Department.
- Additionally, the incumbent serves as a key liaison to Arts & Sciences, the Office of the Registrar, and Chemistry faculty and teaching teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead academic coordination efforts for the department and liaise with
- Assess teaching support needs for undergraduate courses, work with department to assign graduate AIs to fulfill teaching needs, recruiting, hiring of graduate and undergraduate students, and supervising graduate students in roles for graders/proctors and grad faculty assistants.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
- Attention to detail, excellent time management and prioritization skills, responsiveness and clear communication, and the ability to interact well with Chemistry faculty and students are extremely important in this role.

- $53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually
