About the role
- Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing.
- Assists the QA Manager and/or HACCP coordinator with the implementation and enforcement of food safety and quality programs to all departments.
- Has the authority to suspend operations when serious food safety and quality risks are identified.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains incoming specifications and online profiling spreadsheets to track and trend quality parameters.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of QA, Food Safety principles.
- Knowledge of SFCR, GFSI.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in a related field.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada to apply.
- Ensures adherence to required food safety laws, regulations, and company/customer policies and procedures.
