Lead and manage a team of AV technicians, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Plan, coordinate, and execute AV projects, including the installation, termination, testing and commissioning cables systems in accordance with engineering designs.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop AV plans and strategies that meet the organization's and project's needs.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex AV issues, utilizing specialized tools and equipment to identify faults and implement effective solutions.
Perform cable terminations, splicing, and testing, including copper, coaxial cables, and CAT cables to ensure optimal network performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of AV projects, including as-built drawings, red lines, test results, and project progress reports.

High school diploma or equivalent.
A degree or certification in audiovisual technology, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
