About the role
- This role also plays a key part in expanding revenue-leading commercial processes for new and existing customers and helping leadership identify and unblock growth opportunities in a fast-moving AI environment.
- Work cross-functionally with operations and product to translate customer demand into successful delivery
- Bring structure to ambiguous situations and help shape playbooks as the business scales.
Responsibilities
- We partner with leading AI labs and enterprises to provide the human intelligence essential to AI development.
- Own commercial account strategy for Mercor's staffing business across application layer companies, neolabs, and enterprises
- As an Engagement Manager, you will own key customer relationships across application-layer companies, research labs, and enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact from evaluation through delivery.
- You'll work cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering to manage timelines, support execution, and surface insights that drive account growth.
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, staffing, consulting, or another highly customer-facing, revenue generating role
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Charismatic, high-energy communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
- Hungry, ambitious, and excited by a fast-paced environment with real ownership
- Proven success in a closing role
Compensation
